I stumbled upon a trending topic called 'Record three good things that happened today before bedtime' – a journaling method similar to the Success Diary recommended in the book A Dog called Money It proved to be a great way to boost self-efficacy, and I wrote on this topic for 200+ days. Unfortunately, issues related to formatting, cross-device usage, and other factors made it hard to stay consistent. ![]() In the past few years, I have tried to jot down emotions, inspirations, and insights in note-taking apps like the default Memo, Evernote, Notion, and so on. For me, solitude and self-dialogue are as essential as breathing. As an INFJ with a rich inner world and self-reflect habitually, disclosure of emotions in front of others has always been quite challenging. ![]()
